GWBA Winter Development Program
GWBA Winter Development Program is back for 2026!
Ready to kick-start your pre-season?
There’s no better way to prepare for the upcoming baseball season than training alongside players from across the association while developing your skills in a fun, high-quality environment.
Led by our Development Officer Jarryd Manuel and a fantastic team of experienced coaches, this program is designed to help players sharpen every aspect of their game, build confidence, and hit the ground running for the 2026/2027 season. With a big focus on fundamental skills in the game, what better way to start the season.
This is also a great opportunity for local coaches to attend, observe, run and pick up new ideas to take back to their own club training sessions.
Who can attend?
Players aged 8–16 years who played in the GWBA competition last season or are registered to play in the upcoming 2026/2027 season.
Dates: Sunday 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th August
Time: 9:00am – 11:00am
Venue: Monfarville Baseball Complex, St Marys
What to bring:
- Fielding glove
- Batting helmet
- Bat (or one to share - make sure it meets Baseball NSW bat regulations)
- Appropriate baseball attire (baseball pants, hat etc.
